Parents - If you didn't come to open house with your student, please make sure you get the packet from them as it has all of the information regarding the 2026-2027 school year.  This includes the tickets for the Mandatory Fall Fundraiser. The Fall Fundraiser tickets and money are due in the office by Friday, September 18th.  

 We have Hooper blankets for sale in the front office.  They are $30.

Thursday, August 13th - Volleyball vs. Success Unlimited - B team game starts at 3:00 p.m.

Saturday, August 15th - Clarke Prep Varsity Volleyball Tournament

Monday, August 17th - Meet the Colts program starting at 6:00 p.m. 

Tuesday, August 18th - JV/V Volleyball vs. Southern starting at 4:00 p.m. 

Thursday, August 20th - School Pictures (School & ELC)

                                   JV/V Volleyball @ Abbeville starting at 4:00 p.m.

Friday, August 21st - The Ned Show "Mindset Mission" for grades K5-6th

              Varsity Football @ Jackson Academy starting at 7:00 p.m.  Dress up theme is "Extreme Hooper"  wear your Hooper gear.  The "Colt Walk" will start around 2:40ish

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Families must complete 10 hours per semester.  

New Policy Change:  Parents of senior athletes can complete the 20 hours in either semester.  Hours must be completed by graduation (May 20, 2027).

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.

NEW POLICY: New returned check fee schedule - 1st check $50, 2nd check $75 and 3rd & beyond $100.  This is per year.
