Reminder: For safety purposes, all students must be picked up by 3:15 p.m. or go to after school care.  This also includes football game days.  They are not allowed to stay on campus until the game starts.

                               School dismisses at Noon for K5-12th grades

                                 JV Girls basketball tryouts at 12:30 p.m.

                               Varsity Football vs. Sparta starting at 7:00 p.m. - Pre-game starts at 6:40 p.m.

                                Elementary Homecoming Dance in the auditorium from 8:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 18th - Homecoming Dance for grades 7-12 in the auditorium from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Admission is $7 individual or $10 for couples

Monday, October 20th - Varsity Volleyball Elite 8/Final 4 Tournament at the Cramton Bowl Multiplex - Lady Colts play at 12:30 p.m. Students may check out with a parent note.

Tuesday, October 21st - ELC and remake pictures

                       Volleyball State Championship - to be determined by Monday's games

Friday, October 24th - Varsity Football @ Crenshaw starting at 7:00 p.m. Dress up theme is "Hunt Down the Cougars" wear your Camo attire.

  *Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Families must complete 15 hours per semester.  

New Policy Change:  Parents of senior athletes can complete the 30 hours in either semester.  Hours must be completed by graduation (May 21, 2025).

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class. NEW POLICY: New returned check fee schedule - 1st check $50, 2nd check $75 and 3rd & beyond $100.  This is per year.
