Weekly Update | May 1, 2026

Reminder: For safety purposes, all students must be picked up by 3:15 p.m. or go to after school care.


If you need the proof of enrollment verification for the CHOOSE Act, please print off the attached letter and write your child/children's name in the space provided and upload it to your Class Wallet.


The May lunch menus are attached.


Registration/Reenrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is $175.00 per student. Register as soon as possible as this helps with future planning such as hiring and classroom assignments.


The drawings for the Spring Fundraiser will take place Friday, May 8th. If you haven't turned in your tickets by Monday, May 4th, the $500.00 charge will be put on your FACTS account without tickets in the drawing.


The Hooper blankets have arrived. Those that preordered can come pay and pick them up in the office. We have a limited amount extras that are available in the front office. The blankets are $30 each.


  • Friday, May 1st - State Softball Tournament @ Lagoon Park we play Crenshaw at 12:00

  • Saturday, May 2nd - State Softball Championship

  • Mon - Tues, May 4th - 5th - State Golf Tournament in Auburn - Congratulations to Ely Dye for qualifying to compete

  • Monday, May 4th - AISA All-Star Softball games - Juniors play at 5:00 p.m. and Seniors play at 7:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday, May 5th - Varsity Sports Program starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Fred and Wanda Hooper Auditorium

  • Friday, May 8th - Spring Fundraiser drawings

  • Wednesday, May 13th - PTA Fun Run, Elementary field day and Seniors vs. Faculty softball game

  • Friday, May 15th - Elementary Awards Day starting at 8:30 a.m. and Jr. High/High School Awards Day starting at 9:30 a.m.

  • Sunday, May 17th - Baccalaureate starting at 2:00 p.m.


*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Families must complete 15 hours per semester.


New Policy Change: Parents of senior athletes can complete the 30 hours in either semester. Hours must be completed by graduation (May 21, 2025).


Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class. NEW POLICY: New returned check fee schedule - 1st check $50, 2nd check $75 and 3rd & beyond $100. This is per year.
