Reminder: For safety purposes, all students must be picked up by 3:15 p.m. or go to after school care.
Baseball/Golf practice have been cancelled for this afternoon. Softball will still practice.
Registration/Reenrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is underway. The discounted price of $100.00 per current/returning student (K5-12th) ends on March 31, 2026. To reenroll just log in to your FACTS account and click the Apply/Enroll tab on the left. Click reenrollment and complete the packet. Please contact the office if you have any questions.
Parents, please take the time to apply for the CHOOSE Act for the 2026-2027 school year before the deadline of March 31, 2026. To apply go to chooseact.alabama.gov . Eligible students will receive $7,000 to pay tuition, fees and other educational expenses.
The District ACT will be given at Hooper on Tuesday, April 7th. The cost is $58.00 and must be paid by April 1st. This is for all 10th - 12th grade students. Students that don't sign up to take the ACT will be given semester exams.
Forms for Tiny Termite and Termite Cheer are attached. The Tiny Termite is for K4-1st grade and Termite is for 2nd - 3rd grade. Please complete the appropriate form and return by Friday, March 13th.

The Spring Fundraiser Raffle Vouchers ($500.00 per family) are due in the office by Friday, March 27th.
The Hooper blankets have arrived. Those that preordered can come pay and pick them up in the office. We have a limited amount of extras that are available in the front office. The blankets are $30 each.
The Junior Class is selling boston butts cooked by Sweet Creek as their prom fundraiser. Please help support them. If you don't know a junior, we have vouchers available in the office. The butts are $40 each. Thanks for your support.

Spring Fundraiser Voucher and money are due

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Families must complete 15 hours per semester.
New Policy Change: Parents of senior athletes can complete the 30 hours in either semester. Hours must be completed by graduation (May 21, 2025).
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class. NEW POLICY: New returned check fee schedule - 1st check $50, 2nd check $75 and 3rd & beyond $100. This is per year.
