Mrs. Hamm is joining the Hooper faculty in the 2023-2024 school year. She has 18 years of experience in education and 17 years of healthcare business administration.
Mrs. Hamm is married to John Hamm. They have two children: Haley (Drew) & Will (Khadra) and one grandchild (Yates).

We are happy to announce Stephanie Headley as our new 6th grade teacher! Stephanie grew up with a love for kids and has always known teaching was her calling. Stephanie and her boyfriend Peyton live in Prattville with their dog Oscar. Ms. Headley is an avid sports fan and has a love for photography. Her passion for taking pictures has led to her running a small local photography business on the side. Ms. Headley is currently finishing up her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education at AUM. We are excited to bring Ms. Headley into the Hooper Family and are looking forward to a great year!

We are extremely excited to introduce Lauren Liethen and her family to Hooper Academy. Mrs. Liethen will be teaching 5th grade this coming year. We have been in contact with Mrs. Liethen for a while now hoping this opportunity would present itself and we are blessed that she and her family are now Colts! Coach Walters is joining the Hooper faculty with the 2023-2024 school year.
Blake has been coaching football for 6 years, 5 with Edgewood and this past year at Fort Dale. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from AUM. Coach Walters will be teaching Middle School History and Spanish. He will serve as our Head JV Football Coach along with being a Varsity Football Assistant and the Head Track Coach.
