Coach Eddie Dykes graduated from Hooper Academy in 1987. He received a B.S. in Health Education from Troy University. He was wrestling coach at Bullock Memorial in 1991 & 1992, assistant wresting coach at Hooper in 2006. He was also defensive coordinator at Calvary Christian Academy in 2004 and 2005.
