Outlook E-mail Users or Other Calendar Users
Below is a link to a .cvs (Comma Separated Values) file that was designed to be imported into Microsoft Outlook, however many calendar programs will also allow this type of import.
This Calendar file includes Hooper and AISA events for the 2008-2009 school year. Please refer to your calendar program for instructions on how to import the file*.
To save the file to your computer, right click on the link and choose "Save Target As". The file can be opened and modified using any spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Works.
Also, if you are familiar with Outlook Calendar, please note all entries are listed as "Public" and categorized as "HA Event" or "AISA Event". If you share a calendar with other users, you may wish to change the entries to "Private"
